Chrome Pens come in easy-to-use rub-on pens with a no-waste design, which means no more fighting with pots and spilling product! The Chrome Pens must be used in conjunction with the Entity No Wipe Top Coat to achieve the ideal application and wear.
To use, finish your Color Couture soak-off gel polish with No Wipe Top Coat, cure for 60 seconds, apply the Chrome Pen of your choice, and complete the look with one more coat of No Wipe Top Coat, curing for 60 seconds.
